Return / Exchange Policy
Chicago Dance Supply strives to provide excellent customer service and quality merchandise from reputable vendors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately for a refund, exchange or repair. Please note, by placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
WHEN
Returns on allowable items must be made within 14 days from the date you received your merchandise. Sorry, no exceptions.
WHAT
Unless defective or the wrong item was sent by us, all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If item is determined to be defective, an exchange, refund or repair will be granted with no extra charge.
Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, CD'S, DVD'S, SALE ITEMS, MAKEUP, CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS and COSTUMES ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective. If these items are sent back, your refund will not be processed and your items will not be returned to you.
HOW
Complete Return Form including Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Ship items to the address below including original shoe boxes, packaging and/or tags. Postage must be paid.
Include a copy of your invoice. Orginals will not be returned to you.
