9am-noon: Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip-Hop, Acting, Tumbling
Noon-3pm: Costume Making with masks and puppets, Dance Stories, Rhythm, Music
$350 per session for mornings only.
$600 per session for full days.
All children must bring their own food.

Early Bird registration is now open and these prices are good till 15 April. In celebration of our 5th anniversary, we are offering the lowest early bird prices ever. We will also host a milonga on Wednesday, 4 July to start the festival with a big party. Please check the schedule page for details.

Last year’s festival was a great success and we want to thank all of you who attended for your support. A warm greeting is in store for those of you who plan on joining us next year. Chicago Tango Week is envisioned as an event that is energetic, exciting, fun-filled and packed with invaluable workshops. Our goal is for you to make new friends and have the best time of your life.

A full pass holder can take up to 11 workshops from Thursday-Sunday, attend all four evening and two afternoon milongas.
The 2012 event will again be held at the Westin O’Hare. It is located right next to the airport and has the following advantages:

- Free 5-minute all day shuttle service to and from the airport
- All workshops and milongas will be held at the hotel so there is no need to rent a car.
- A five minute walk to the CTA Blue Line train station that goes directly to downtown Chicago
- All indoor milongas will be held on Birch Veneer Hardwood floor. Provided by Dance America, it is assembled without screws, using a cabling system that does away with metal, grooves and edges. You will dance all night on a super smooth dance floor with a bounce back feel that is easy on your feet. The floor is shipped from Nashville, TN just for our event.

Intensive beginner program on Saturday and Sunday (7 & 8 July) taught by Emily Ortiz and Vladimir Estrin.

DJ workshop taught by Horacio Godoy.

Conversational workshop with Dana and Adrian. We take plenty of dance lessons, but here is an opportunity for you to ask them whatever is on your mind and go over the theory behind the dance.
